Service Description
For 1 hour lesson, please book two consecutive 30 minute sessions. You will have to add one 30 minute section to your cart and then go add the second section to the cart.

Policies and Waivers
All lessons are non-refundable once booked. I acknowledge that baseball and other sports are inherently dangerous. I acknowledge that other parties will be present that Cody/Lacy Kimball and Parker County Stallions, LLC are not responsible for. I expressly waive any liability claims against Cody/Lacy Kimball, Parker County Stallions, LLC, or any other third party related to the baseball lessons I am requesting an attending. I acknowledge that I will understand all facility rules and conduct myself in a responsible manner. I acknowledge that I will act in a responsible way and ensure my child and any other guest on the property act in a responsible manner. I accept and take full responsibility for myself and my children and hold harmless the facility for any injury to myself, my children, and property. Risk of Loss. I release the facility from any liability for any injury suffered by myself, my children, or any guest in my care and control, and any other cause of action arising from or connecting to presence on the premises and I hereby assumes all such risks. All costs (no matter how catastrophic) connected with lessons are borne by me. HOLD HARMLESS, DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY I agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold harm less the facility and its principals, agents, and affiliates from and against any loss, liability, damage, attorneys’ fees, or costs that they may incur arising out of or in any way connected with my use of the Premises, presence at the Premises, attendance at any lesson, or any other action at the property. I hereby consent and agree to allow the facility to have the right to use photographs, video, audio, or other media of myself and my property to use for any and all purposes. I further consent that my name and likeness may be used for any and all purposes by the facility. I release the facility all rights to use my image, name, and likeness publicly or privately. I waive any rights, claims, or interests I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in the photographs, video, or audio and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of me. I waive any claims for reimbursement, compensation, or other benefits of the use of my name or likeness by the facility.
